OK.. I finished.
It was so fun to paint, I thought about childhood, while I was painting, and hope I can show my painting to people at Tatsunokoproduction...well I should send the image to them. yeah.. I will do it.
I cannot wait to see other artists' works! and let you know who is who at nucleus, Brianne!

"CHARITY BY NUMBERS" opens on Saturday, February 10, 2007 with a gala event at Corey Helford Gallery, followed by a week
long on-line auction. 100% of the proceeds will go to The Alliance For Children’s Rights. The private event is from 6 to 9pm,
followed by a 10pm to midnight preview that will be open to the public.
It is big auction event to help CHILDREN!
so on the opening night FEBRUARY 10TH.. I am thinking to go to NUCLEUS first, and then go to Corey Helford Gallery..

"After These Messages. . . " @ Gallery Nucleus

ok... here is a new painting for the group show at nucleus...it is still just one layer,,, I am thinking to make may be more than 3 layers... some of my favorite animation characters from JAPANESE ANIMATION.... yes.. I was in Japan... so there was no saturday morning cartoon... more like...everyday morning, afternoon, night, saturday, and sunday all day cartoons!..I was watching TV all the time everyday. there were too cool animations and science fiction kids programs.. I was pretty geek kid..

ADVENTURE TIME

I just got a mail from PEN! and told me, his show is nominated for ANNIE AWARD!! HOOlay!!!
It is super funny gooood animation! I believe everybody knows, but check it out again, CLICK THE TITLE AND YOU SEE IT!
So many masters past away recently one by one,,,I am thinking about future, will be there still traditional animation exsisting?!
here is a hero, PENDELTON WARD, doing traditional animation, trying to keep the complication and beauty of the moving art works.
Hope I want to be, will be one of them...I STILL love to draw and paint.

I've finally recoverd. I slept 100% last night without waking up every each 2 hours...I got back from Japan on 3rd, and went to Portland for a group show on 4th. and came back on 5th.. I do not need to take airplane for a while....so anyway, it was super great experience in Japan and Portland! I will report later,,, but for now.. look at this picture, we are eating my favorite "TERIYAKIBURGER" at "MOSS BURGER" in NAGOYA...uummmmmmm yummy.....
